Hours
How to view your clocked hours and daily breakdown in the employee app
The Hours page shows a summary of the time you have worked each week, broken down day by day. Use it to verify that your hours have been recorded correctly before payroll is processed.
Viewing Your Hours
- Tap Hours in the bottom navigation.
- The page opens on the current week.
- Use the arrow buttons to navigate to previous weeks.
Weekly Summary
At the top of the page, three summary cards show:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Hours Worked | Total hours worked this week (excluding breaks) |
| Break Time | Total break time recorded this week |
| Days Worked | Number of days you clocked in at least once |
Daily Breakdown
Below the summary, each day of the week is listed. Tap any day to expand it and see the individual clock entries:
- Clock-in time
- Clock-out time
- Break start and end times
- Any notes attached to the record
Today's entry is highlighted for quick reference.
What the Records Show
Each clock entry shows the exact times recorded when you tapped Clock In or Clock Out. If a record was adjusted by your manager, the original time is shown with a strikethrough and the corrected time is shown alongside it.
Hours shown here are your raw clock records. They may differ slightly from your paid hours in payroll, depending on whether your company uses scheduled hours or clocked hours as the pay basis, and whether any adjustments were made.
Discrepancies
If you notice that a clock-in or clock-out time is wrong (for example, you forgot to clock out or clocked in at the wrong time), go to the Attendance page to submit a correction request.
