How to review your clock records and submit correction requests in the employee app

The My Attendance page is where you can review your full clock-in history and request corrections if a record is wrong. Managers review and approve corrections before any changes take effect.

Viewing Your Clock Records

  1. Open the My Attendance page. It has no tab in the bottom navigation: open /my/attendance in your browser.
  2. Open the Clock Records tab.
  3. Use the week navigation to browse records by week.

Each record shows:

DetailWhat it means
DateThe day the record belongs to
Record typeClock-in, Clock-out, Break Start, or Break End
Recorded timeThe exact time that was saved
StatusOK or Flagged

Flagged Records

A record is flagged when a manager edited it, when its time was changed from the original, or when it is still waiting for approval (for example, an out-of-schedule clock-in). Being late on its own does not flag a record. Flagged records are highlighted so they are easy to spot.

Submitting a Correction Request

If a clock record is wrong (for example, you forgot to clock out or clocked in at the wrong time), you can request a correction.

  1. Tap Request Correction.
  2. Choose the Correction Type:
TypeWhen to use it
Wrong TimeThe clock-in or clock-out time was recorded incorrectly
Missed Check-inYou forgot to clock in at the start of your shift
Missed Check-outYou forgot to clock out at the end of your shift
Late Check-inYou were late and the record should reflect the actual arrival
AccidentalYou accidentally clocked in or out
  1. Enter the Requested Time.
  2. Add a Reason explaining what happened (required).
  3. Tap Submit Request.

Your correction request is sent to your manager for review.

Tracking Correction Requests

Open the Corrections tab to see all correction requests you have submitted.

Each request shows:

  • The date and correction type
  • The requested time and your reason
  • Status: Pending, Approved, or Denied
  • A Review Note from your manager, if they left one

Correction requests do not automatically update your records. Your manager must approve them first. If your request is time-sensitive (for example, payroll is being processed soon), let your manager know directly.
