How to view your clocked hours and daily breakdown in the employee app

The My Hours page shows a summary of the time you have worked each week, broken down day by day. Use it to verify that your hours have been recorded correctly before payroll is processed.

Viewing Your Hours

  1. Open the My Hours page. It has no tab in the bottom navigation: open /my/hours in your browser, or tap the My Hours card on the app's landing page.
  2. The page opens on the current week.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to previous weeks, and Today to come back.

Weekly Summary

At the top of the page, three summary cards show:

CardWhat it shows
Hours WorkedTotal hours worked this week (excluding breaks)
Break TimeTotal break time recorded this week
Days WorkedNumber of days you clocked in at least once

Daily Breakdown

Below the summary, each day of the week is listed with the number of entries and each clock entry in order:

  • Clock In
  • Clock Out
  • Break Start and Break End
  • Any note attached to the entry, shown in brackets after the time

Today's entry is highlighted for quick reference.

What the Records Show

Each clock entry shows the exact time recorded when you tapped Clock In, Clock Out, Start Break, or End Break. If your manager has edited a record, the Attendance page marks it as Flagged.

Hours shown here are your raw clock records. They may differ slightly from your paid hours in payroll, depending on whether your company uses scheduled hours or clocked hours as the pay basis, and whether any adjustments were made.

Discrepancies

If you notice that a clock-in or clock-out time is wrong (for example, you forgot to clock out or clocked in at the wrong time), go to the Attendance page to submit a correction request.
